1. Reservation
Upon receiving your request, SPACE Travel will check and inform you the availability and then confirm your booking.  No service booking be guaranteed until SPACE Travel receives your confirmation and deposit by email or fax. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a voucher to ensure that your booking is secured. Final payment of the service must be done 24 hours before the departure day or pay on your arrival in Vietnam.

2. Deposit and Cancellation
Deposit payment can be settled by telegraphic transfer, credit card authorization letter or through Western Union Global Transfer. Deposits are 50% of the total amount and this payment is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour.
 
Cancellation charges are as follow and refunds will be based on these calculations.
More than 45 days prior to trip departure: 10%
30-45 days before arrival: 15% charge
15-29 days before arrival: 40% charge
7-14 days before arrival: 60% charge
Within 7 days before arrival: 100% charge

3. Final Payment
Final payment is due 30 days in advance of the tour. These payments are due in our office or submitted online 45 days prior to the departure date. If reservations are made less than 45 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, SPACE Travel may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.
Except as otherwise agreed by SPACE Travel, Client’s payment shall be executed by cash, credit card or travelers cheques. Except for cash payment, a service charge may apply (3% of the card holder.
Final payment to be settled through our bank account at least 30 days before arrival
 
4. Refund of Unused services
No Refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
 
5. Vouchers
Vouchers will be issued by SPACE Travel after the booked trip is confirmed and  payment  is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax or snail mail  to Clients.
 
6. Liability and Insurance
SPACE Travel  is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by Clients. Clients are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.
 
7. Confirmation
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
 
8. For 15 full-fare travelers, the sixteenth is complimentary.
 
9. Children discount:
Under 2 years: Free of Charge (not applied for air tickets)
From 2 to 5 years old: Free of charge if sharing bed with parents (not applied for air tickets)
From 5 to 11 years: 75% of adult fare

10. Passport and Entry Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.

11. Insurance
Insurance is not included in the tour cost. We require you to take out travel insurance and any other necessary insurances including cancellation fees, medical and curtailment expenses, loss of luggage, early departure from tour due to death or illness etc. This adequate information is very important to meet your needs, and will assume that you will have done so before your arrival in Vietnam.

12. Privacy policy
Personal Information about you such as name, address, phone number, or email address is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of any personally identifiable information you provide us.  Your personal information will not be released unless the law permits it or your permission is granted.

13. Claims
All dispute, claims and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claims or litigation shall be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing 30 days after the end of the Services
